From Aug 2012 through Aug 2013, Navstar had a Veterans hiring goal of 7%, based on size guidelines from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/).
In reality over 28% of Navstar new hires during this timeframe were Veterans, and our total company headcount from August 2012 – August 2013 had a Veterans population of 17.65% – far exceeding our target of 7%.
