On October 5th, Navstar hosted its Company-Wide Meeting, where we shared important company information and got to appreciate how great of a team we have. It’s always a special event for us at Navstar, because while we are a close knit team, most of our Allstars spend their time working off-site for our equally amazing clients. This meeting provides us the opportunity to get together, have some fun and recognize the extraordinary people that make Navstar such a strong organization.
In addition to some lighthearted activities, we were able to recognize all of our 2017 hires with Allstar pins – a new tradition to show them how valuable they are already to Navstar and how much we appreciate their ability to grow and strengthen our organization. The highlight of the night was the Awards Ceremony where we honored those teams who have gone above and beyond, exemplifying our Core Values and continuing to raise the bar.
- Cosmic Award: Recognizing the team who uses a high amount of energy to go above and beyond expectations.
- Stellar Award: Recognizing the team(s) who display their commitment to the customer providing services above and beyond the scope of their positions and exceeding the customer’s expectations and receiving the highest acknowledgements from the customer.
- Supernova Award: Recognizing the team that has created substantial impact on revenue and personnel and has delivered new capabilities for Navstar.
