David Kervin joined Navstar as a member of its executive team in December 2012 in the role of Chief Strategy Officer & VP of Business Development. In this position he reports to the CEO and is responsible for overall company strategy, business development and growth initiatives.
David has focused on the federal and international arena for more than 20 years as a U.S. Marine, consultant, senior executive and strategic growth advisor.
Prior to joining Navstar, David served as a member of the senior management team and oversaw mergers and acquisitions, business development and capture, product development and special projects for KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc., a Veritas Capital portfolio business.
Prior to joining KeyPoint, David was a senior executive at Level 4, a Vision Capital portfolio company focused on the federal sector, where he consulted to senior management teams on strategy, performed diligence on potential acquisitions and investments and advised Vision Capital and other investors on the defense, intelligence and security arenas.
